I like to set 2025 goals instead of a New Year’s Resolution. I feel that goals are a more healthy approach compared to a resolution because I am trying to better myself in productive ways and not trying to harm my health. I will look at all aspects of my life, including fitness, financial, career, athletic, academic, etc. I will not set a goal to lose x amount of weight or to not eat certain foods because I know this is more detrimental than helpful. I will focus on how my body feels and my mental health while creating goals and will imagine what I want my life to look like by January 1st, 2026.
my 2025 goals:
- save $30,000
- be able to do a full bar routine on competition setting
- read a financial book
- get accepted to PA school
- get a 4.0 for at least one semester
- plan a trip
- get another tattoo that has meaning
