5 minutes of abs a day

what is 5 minutes of abs?

5 minutes of abs is as simple as it sounds-5 minutes straight of core exercises. I started doing this in high school while trying to build strength for gymnastics and it really transformed my body and overall strength. Your core is so important for everything from day to day tasks to weightlifting to sports. 

the way I do it

I would either start my workout with core to warmup a bit or end my workout with it to cool down. However, it looked the same either way. most of the time I would do 10-30 second exercises starting with a hollow hold and ending with two plank exercises.
